I just finished this for my website and had it tested, every thing seems working fine except the basic design i made, hopefully someone would redesign it and submit it What is this ? Like major websites, they grew using Invite systems , and prompting their users to send invites to their own contact lists. This is a vbulletin clone, made as much simply as possible, to do its job I am not a designer, that will explain the simple tables and designs used.
